About Us - Policies
We have an ongoing training matrix for our existing employees and we have a strong apprentice recruitment programme. We currently have apprentices training to become pipefitters and welders to achieve NVQ level 3 standard. In our project team we currently have apprentices in design and project control who are being supported to achieve Degree and NVQ level 4 in their respective careers. We subscribe to trade associations and attend working parties and seminars to keep abreast of new technology and changes to legislation which may change our industry.
SHEQ & Corporate Social Responsibility
Feasibility studies are carried out identifying risks and opportunities inherent in the contracts we undertake in order reduce the risks levels for our employees, clients and the public.
Our quality management system is approved to ISO 9001:2008 standards with no exclusions. The system is monitored closely with regular audits and meetings to identify possible areas of improvement to provide a better service and product for our clients.
We understand and are committed to our responsibilities toward the environment. We are currently working with our clients to identify our impact on the environment through carbon footprint analysis. Our Environmental management system is due to be externally audited in the spring of 2010.
Our impact on the local community and area is considered and we are involved in many youth sports projects, local environmental projects and local sporting events.
